Most Hoarding Cleanup calls come from a family member, landlord, or the individual themselves, often after years of the situation building up. Our Arcanum crews approach every job with patience.
Request A Cleanup Assessment
These are the standards Trauma Clean Pros holds on every Hoarding Cleanup call in Arcanum, from first assessment to final cleanup.
Every technician carries an active bloodborne pathogen certification for any biohazard material uncovered, and full liability insurance covers the job.
Our Arcanum dispatch pulls from a nearby crew, not a distant regional hub.
A written price is provided after an on-site walkthrough, and it stays the same once the crew begins.
Structured sorting bins, PPE, and biohazard identification protocols travel with every Hoarding Cleanup crew we send.
Every Hoarding Cleanup job gets scoped after an in-person walkthrough, since clutter level and underlying issues vary property to property.
Belongings are sorted methodically into salvage, donate, and dispose categories, with the client involved in decisions wherever possible.
Any biohazard material uncovered during the sort gets flagged and handled under the same certified protocols as any other biohazard call.
We check for structural and mold issues as sorting progresses, since these are often hidden until items are moved.
We coordinate directly with pest control when infestation is found, so it's addressed as part of the same project.
The final phase includes sanitizing surfaces that contamination reached during the accumulation period.
Salvageable items are coordinated for donation, while non-salvageable material is disposed of properly, including any regulated biohazard waste.
Call +1-844-401-0166 and a dispatcher asks a few questions about the property and timeline before scheduling an assessment.
A technician visits your Arcanum property at the scheduled time to walk through the space and understand the scope firsthand.
After the walkthrough, technicians provide a written flat-rate quote and a proposed timeline before any sorting begins.
Work is completed in phases with client input throughout, closing with a final walkthrough and sanitization confirmation.

Trauma Clean Pros dispatches Hoarding Cleanup crews throughout Arcanum and the broader Arcanum, OH region for both scheduled and urgent hoarding cleanups.
A single room may take a day, while whole-property jobs often run two to five days depending on volume and findings.
Every project gets a flat-rate quote after an on-site walkthrough, and that number doesn't change once we start.
Whenever possible, yes — we involve the client in sorting decisions rather than making unilateral calls about their property.
We're comfortable working alongside a case manager or family coordinator when one is involved in the process.
We flag it immediately and coordinate remediation or pest control as part of the overall project timeline.
Disposal and donation logistics are part of the standard Hoarding Cleanup scope, not an extra step you have to arrange.
